Privacy policy
This policy explains what data this site collects, what we use it for and what rights you have. It's short because the site collects very little.
Who is responsible
Aranjuez Technologies, San José, Costa Rica. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What data we collect
This site has no forms and no user accounts. When you email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you tell us. We use that information only to reply, prepare a proposal and schedule meetings.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch the page theme (light or dark), we store that preference in your own browser under the key “tema”; it isn't sent to any server and you can clear it from your browser.
Technical logs and measurement
The site is served by Cloudflare, which may log technical data such as the IP address for security and performance, under its own privacy policy. We don't use analytics tools that identify you. If we measure visits in the future, it will be with aggregate, cookie-free metrics.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over your data. The providers we use to operate are Google Workspace (email) and Cloudflare (site hosting), which process data under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected], under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data. If you're in the European Union, your GDPR rights also apply.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date on this page.
