Repair shop software
A subscription system for console, phone and electronics repair shops: repair orders with statuses and photos, customers, inventory, cash register and automatic customer notifications. We're building it with a founding shop in San José, Costa Rica.
What it does
The whole shop in one place
Repair orders
Clear statuses from the moment a device comes in until it's delivered, with photos and the customer's signature.
Customers and history
Every customer with their devices, repairs and payments. No digging through notebooks.
Inventory and parts
What's in stock, what's missing and an alert when something runs out.
Cash register and daily close
Income, expenses and the day's close in one click.
Customer notifications
A WhatsApp or email message when the device is ready, with a link to check the status.
Electronic invoicing
Tax documents for Costa Rica's tax authority from the same system, in a later phase.
Who it's for
Console, phone, computer and electronics repair shops, from a one-person shop to several branches. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, nothing to install.
